Our injection moulding machinery is state-of-the-art, including a fully automated material feed, optimized handling equipment, material drying, and cost-saving peripheral devices. It gives us the opportunity to produce plastic parts with complex geometry features, offering top precision and process stability. A wide range of materials can be processed for this goal.
Our highly skilled team offers the know-how of many years working with special technologies. Besides multiple-component injection moulding, one of our core competences is physical foaming (MuCell® and Cellmould®). By adding nitrogen during the injection phase, we produce plastic parts that contain a high degree of stability, very little warping and less weight: a very economical solution for a wide range of applications. We will also apply the combination of different technologies - exactly the way it is best for the product.
We accompany your project from the initial concept stage up to serial production. Optimizing it regarding technical as well as economical aspects belongs to our core competences. This includes a project-oriented mould design or unconventional solutions such as the tandem or paternoster methods. Of course we will also plan additional processing steps for you - comprehensive service is part of our philosophy.
Depending on the project, further processes are necessary until the part is ready for use. We will organize all the details, including the purchase of everything that’s needed.
Prototype and serial moulds are built in our own tool shop as well as in close collaboration with specialized partners all around the world. Of course we apply the adequate CAD/CAM software for design and construction including the necessary interfaces (Catia V5 R19, STEP, DXF) and modern CNC/CAM technology.
For many customers, continuous quality control is compulsory - including detailed documentation. Of course we have the required technology at hand: instruments for measuring and evaluating products, tools, and the production process.
Efficient processing and optimized logistics must go hand in hand for cost effectiveness. We are capable to apply concepts such as JIT/JIS - just the way you demand it for your production chain. Our up-to-date ERP system offers a direct interface to the customer’s data processing via EDI (VDA-compliant).
